Infrared lamps
BELENOS LAMPES SPECIALES and the Group DR.FISCHER having taken the Philips range provide the different types of INFRARED halogen lamp (standard, or specific).
Our infrared halogen lamps have a large spectral distribution with the biggest part in the IR-A region covering the needs of applications of industry and comfort heating ideally.
- The industrial applications : heating, drying, evaporation, thermoformage, collage, cooking, conservation, plastic matter transformation, blowing of bottle, automotive painting, drying of paper, raising, food, hot dish maintenance, semiconductors.
- The comfort heating : infrared cabins, sauna, body care, inside heating, outside, humid environment.
The infrared lamps, due to the radiance, permit an oriented and efficient warming up of the concerned objects or of people. The heat is available in fiew some milliseconds. The control of the heat is adjustable of 0 to 100%. The IRK lamps respect the environment: no dismissal, no loss, 90% of the energy convert in heat.
UV lamps
Belenos Lampes Spéciales and the Group DR.FISCHER having taken the Philips range provide this range of UV lamps.
- HPA UV-A : Medium-pressure metal halides lamps, optimized for the range of UVA (315 to 400 nm, are ideal for the reprography and photochemical process : copy on UV-Sensitive film (offset plate, printed circuit, microfilm), treatment of glue, resin, pigmented lacquers.
- HPM : High-pressure metal halides discharge lamps optimized for the UVA radiances, in the Diazo range (230 to 450 nm), are designed to answer the specific demands in reprography, photochemistry, applications and uses of the Diazo colors, copies on UV-Sensitive film: offset plate, printed circuit, microfilm. Treatment of glue, resin, pigmented lacquer, polymerization of polyester.
Applications fields: adhesive, printing and graphic industry (inks and UV varnish), industry of wood (varnish for piece of furniture, impression of imitation wood films), dental, electronic surgery (printed circuits, dials), optic fiber, treatment of silicone, textile, UV powders, chemical process.
- XOP XENON : The XOP lamps made with Xenon are linear, of diameter 12mm, of length 241 to 698 mm depending of their power, equipped with connection cables special anti-arcing. Spectral distribution continuous on the large range of 200 to 1000 nm, simulating the solar light. Color temperature 5600K. Used in continuous or pulse mode (stroboscope). Ignition and re - ignition without waitting time : instant start. Applications: Test of material deterioration in the UV and to the solar light, copyboard lighting (ideal for color reproduction), fast copyboard (instantaneous ignition), stroboscope (night-club, vehicles and situations of emergencies, alarms), theater, lightings nocturnal yards, freeways.
